Recruiting Coordinator

What you will do

• Coordinate interviews across candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, executives, and agency partners.
• Manage candidate communication from interviews through offer acceptance, pre-boarding, and the first day.
• Maintain accurate candidate and hiring data in Ashby and other recruiting systems.
• Support AAE hiring, recruiting events, hiring initiatives, and special projects.
• Partner with Recruiting, HR, Finance, and hiring leaders to keep hiring processes moving efficiently.
• Improve recruiting operations through documentation, automation, and process efficiencies.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in Recruiting Coordination, Recruiting Operations, Talent Acquisition, or a related field.
• Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities and confidential information.
• Experience coordinating interviews across multiple calendars and time zones.
• Ability to work in an onsite environment in Sunnyvale.
• Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills required.
• Resilience and comfort working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with Ashby or other modern ATS platforms.
• Experience supporting technical or go-to-market recruiting teams.
• Familiarity with recruiting agencies, vendor management, onboarding coordination, or People Operations.
• Experience at a startup or high-growth technology company.
