What you will do

• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and executives.
• Manage the candidate journey from offer acceptance through pre-boarding and first-day logistics.
• Maintain accurate candidate data within Ashby ATS and support process documentation improvements.
• Coordinate candidate submissions and maintain professional communication with external agency partners.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Leadership to increase overall recruiting efficiency and automation.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in Recruiting Coordination, Recruiting Operations, or Talent Acquisition.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model in Sunnyvale.
• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Experience coordinating interviews across multiple calendars and different time zones.
• High attention to detail and professionalism when handling confidential information.

Nice to have

• Experience using Ashby or other modern ATS platforms.
• Background supporting technical or GTM recruiting teams.
• Previous experience in a high-growth technology startup.
• Familiarity with vendor management and recruiting agencies.
