Recruiting Coordinator (AI)

What you will do

• Coordinate interviews across candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, executives, and agency partners.
• Manage candidate communication from interviews through offer acceptance, pre-boarding, and the first day.
• Support AAE hiring, including sourcing, initial screens, pipeline management, and candidate communication.
• Maintain accurate candidate and hiring data in Ashby and other recruiting systems.
• Partner with Recruiting, HR, Finance, hiring leaders, and vendors to keep hiring processes moving.
• Improve recruiting processes through documentation, automation, recruiting events, and special projects.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in Recruiting Coordination, Recruiting Operations, Talent Acquisition, or a related field.
• Exceptional organization, attention to detail, multitasking, and confidential-information management skills.
• Experience coordinating interviews across multiple calendars and time zones.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to work in an on-site environment in Scottsdale.
• Resilience and comfort working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with Ashby or modern ATS platforms.
• Experience supporting technical or go-to-market recruiting teams.
• Familiarity with recruiting agencies, vendor management, onboarding coordination, or People Operations.
• Startup or high-growth technology company experience.
