What you will do

• Lead use case identification and prioritization activities with mission stakeholders.
• Gather and document requirements for technology integration pilots.
• Translate mission pain points into technology capability requirements.
• Develop business cases, value propositions, and metrics frameworks for measuring outcomes.
• Coordinate between technical teams and operational stakeholders to ensure alignment.
• Document operational workflows and identify friction points for automation.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship.
• Active DoD Secret clearance (TS/SCI preferred).
• Ability to obtain Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Entry on Duty (EOD) Suitability.
• 5+ years of experience as a business analyst or requirements analyst.
• Proficiency in requirements gathering, use case development, and user story creation.
• BS in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related degree.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting federal cybersecurity programs.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity operations and mission environments.
• Experience with agile requirements management and cost-benefit analysis.
• Certifications such as DoD 8140 IAT Level II, ITIL, CBAP, PMI-PBA, or SaFE.
