Business Analyst - Data Analytics role within the Operations division, combining execution and cross-functional collaboration to deliver data, technology, and strategic business solutions.

What you will do

• Partner with Operations, Finance, Compliance, and Purchasing to understand day-to-day challenges and streamline workflows.
• Lead current-state/future-state/gap and requirements analysis for integration-related initiatives.
• Work directly with data for validation, mapping, migration, and issue resolution.
• Drive delivery from discovery and planning through execution and adoption, coordinating workshops and stakeholder/vendor sessions.
• Gather, document, validate, and refine business and technical requirements with end users.
• Support testing and implementation by defining test cases and partnering with delivery teams to ensure outcomes are adopted and sustained.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of practical experience with business or technology analysis platforms (e.g., MS SharePoint, MS Power Automate, MS Power Apps, MS Dataverse, MS Power BI, Tableau, Qlik Sense, Looker Studio, Apps Script, Triana) plus data migration, API management, and cloud integration.
• 3-5 years of experience in commercial real estate or equivalent experience supporting complex business operations within a technology function.
• Proven ability to connect business operations, technology needs, and delivery execution while staying engaged in execution details.
• Fluency in English required.
• Ability to work outside core business hours when required; East Coast schedule preferred.
