What you will do

• Partner with business leaders to translate strategy into actionable initiatives and delivery plans.
• Analyze end-to-end workflows to identify inefficiencies and design scalable operating models.
• Own the end-to-end delivery of projects, managing timelines, risks, and dependencies.
• Develop implementation-ready requirements and detailed technical documentation.
• Utilize AI tools to synthesize stakeholder inputs and identify automation opportunities.
• Drive continuous scalability improvements across Distribution, Operations, and Tech functions.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in asset management or financial services.
• Experience in Operations, Distribution, Investments, Data, or Compliance.
• Must be based in or able to work in Chicago, USA (Hybrid).
• Strong mindset for utilizing AI and automation to improve business processes.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with SQL and data concepts.
• Experience in cross-functional business change or project delivery.
