Asset Management Change Analyst (AI)

Location: Hybrid in Chicago, United States

Salary: USD 60,000–80,000 yearly, plus eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Partner with business stakeholders to define priorities and translate strategy into initiatives and delivery plans.
• Analyze workflows, identify inefficiencies, and design scalable technology-enabled operating models.
• Own change initiatives end-to-end, managing timelines, risks, and dependencies.
• Develop clear, implementation-ready requirements and supporting documentation.
• Use AI tools to accelerate analysis, synthesize stakeholder input, improve process documentation, and identify automation opportunities.
• Drive continuous improvements in efficiency and scalability across business functions.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in asset management or investment management.
• Experience in investment operations, distribution, investments, data, compliance, technology, institutional client onboarding, reporting, or a related function.
• Comfort using AI tools to improve speed, quality, and insight generation.
• Interest in automation and data-driven business process improvement.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and support business change, process improvement, or project delivery.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with data concepts or SQL.
• Additional cross-functional experience.
