What you will do

• Partner with business and technology leaders to align operational priorities and define actionable system requirements.
• Lead end-to-end project management for transformation initiatives, including scope definition, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication.
• Manage operational systems and technology roadmaps to ensure long-term scalability and flexibility.
• Drive automation and platform solutions to reduce manual effort and improve overall system reliability.
• Oversee vendor engagement, including SOW execution, milestone tracking, and performance oversight.
• Mentor junior team members and support change management through documentation and training.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in business operations, transformation, or systems management within entertainment or media.
• Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Must be based in or able to work from the office in Los Angeles 4 days per week.

Nice to have

• MBA or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience with digital supply chain workflows.
• Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, or PMP methodologies.
