Sr. Consultant

TL;DR

Sr. Consultant (Business Analysis): Lead customer-facing requirements elicitation and translate business objectives into implementation-ready artifacts with an accent on current-state/future-state business process flows and enterprise software configuration. Focus on coordinating cross-functional technical dependencies, validating functional/non-functional requirements, and supporting UAT and go-live readiness.

What you will do

• Lead structured requirements elicitation through workshops, interviews, and working sessions with customer stakeholders.
• Facilitate alignment on business goals, pain points, constraints, and success criteria across stakeholder groups.
• Document and validate functional/non-functional requirements, business rules, assumptions, and dependencies.
• Translate requirements into implementation-ready artifacts (process flows, requirements, and user stories) and define current-state/future-state processes.
• Perform hands-on configuration aligned to approved requirements and hirify.global best practices.
• Coordinate with technical, data, and integration teams; support UAT planning, defect triage, and go-live readiness activities.

Requirements

• Strong background in business analysis, requirements elicitation, and stakeholder facilitation in complex implementation projects.
• Experience creating and using current-state and future-state business process flows to support stakeholder alignment and solution design.
• Hands-on experience configuring enterprise software solutions based on discovery requirements.
• Proven ability to coordinate effectively with cross-functional technical teams and manage scope/change control discussions.
• Experience documenting requirements using process modeling, use cases, or user stories, with strong attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to influence both business and technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Previous professional services or consulting experience (Big 5 consulting a plus).
• Government or public-sector domain expertise.
• Mentoring/coaching experience for facilitation and documentation standards.
• Experience documenting and communicating cross-functional workflows for technical design and integration planning.
