What you will do

• Generate and convert leads into sales using digital communication channels such as telephone and email.
• Meet monthly targets for order booking and shipment of lab instruments and reagents.
• Prepare accurate and timely offers for government, municipal, and industrial opportunities.
• Manage the sales funnel and maintain detailed customer data within Salesforce (SFDC).
• Collaborate with Finance and Supply Chain teams to ensure successful order shipment to customers.
• Implement tele-calling initiatives to expand the instrumentation and reagents business in the assigned market.

Requirements

• 3-8 years of experience in service sales or inside sales roles.
• Preferably experience in the life science, analytical, or water quality industry.
• Above average English fluency (experience with different English accents is preferred).
• Strong problem-solving, quantitative, and qualitative analytical abilities.
• Experience working in a process-driven multinational organization using CRM in a disciplined manner.
• Degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or a scientific background is an added advantage.
