What you will do

• Manage and optimize distributor performance to achieve sales targets across South East Asia.
• Prospect and open new distributor accounts and expand market reach.
• Analyze market trends and competition in off-highway segments, including mining, marine, industrial, and earth-moving applications.
• Develop and execute action plans for market penetration and new product launches.
• Prepare business cases and growth reports for the head of sales.
• Conduct direct market research and attend industry trade shows to support sales growth.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales management and business development within the Automotive Aftermarket sector.
• Knowledge of off-highway parts business (earth-moving, industrial, marine, mining).
• Regional experience handling South East Asia markets.
• Fluency in English.
• Proficiency in MS Office; SAP experience is an asset.
• Must be based in Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, or Indonesia and willing to travel within the region.
