Salary: $3,333 – $6,000 per month (Gross USD)

What you will do

• Lead the design and development of AI-powered internal platforms and systems specifically for Marketing.
• Own end-to-end delivery of complex projects from problem discovery and system design to production rollout.
• Implement AI-driven features and orchestration systems to enhance customer experiences and team productivity.
• Build full-stack systems including backend services, APIs, data layers, and frontend interfaces.
• Translate ambiguous business problems into scalable, maintainable, AI-enabled technical solutions.
• Mentor AI team members through code reviews, design feedback, and hands-on guidance.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of professional experience in software, AI, or platform engineering.
• Must be based in Latin America.
• Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and frontend frameworks such as React.
• Hands-on experience designing and shipping AI-powered systems into production environments.
• Demonstrated experience working with Claude or equivalent LLM tools.
• Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous problem spaces with minimal direction.

Nice to have

• Experience with transformer architectures, RAG, and prompt engineering.
• Familiarity with embeddings, vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, pgvector), and NLP techniques.
• Cloud-native development experience using AWS.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines (GitLab).
• Knowledge of Golang or consumer-facing CRM platforms like Braze.
