What you will do

• Own the infrastructure and runtime environment for the OpenClaw agent fleet.
• Develop Python services, automation, and agent harnesses supporting memory, context management, and human escalation.
• Deploy and operate agent workloads across Linux virtual machines, Kubernetes, GCP, and AWS.
• Build evaluation frameworks to measure agent reliability, task completion, latency, and cost.
• Implement production observability across agent traces, prompts, tool calls, and resource consumption.
• Collaborate with product engineers to transition promising agent prototypes into dependable production systems.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil (Hybrid)
• Professional experience building and operating production software, infrastructure, or internal platforms.
• Strong proficiency in Python and deep familiarity with Linux environments (VMs) and Bash scripting.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud infrastructure on GCP or AWS.
• Experience building with large language models (LLMs), autonomous agents, or agent harnesses.
• Proficiency with CI/CD, infrastructure as code, and secrets management.

Nice to have

• Experience building, extending, or contributing to OpenClaw or other open-source agent frameworks.
• Experience operating multi-tenant agent platforms or internal developer platforms.
• Background in healthcare, revenue cycle management, or other regulated industries.
• Familiarity with Swift and experience supporting native Apple client applications.
