What you will do

• Execute end-to-end implementation of AI deployments, including requirements analysis, configuration, and production rollout.
• Collaborate with client engagement teams to manage technical onboarding, integration setup, and troubleshooting.
• Develop and maintain evaluation frameworks to measure and optimize LLM performance in real-world customer environments.
• Build and scale robust client-facing solutions in partnership with R&D engineering teams.
• Contribute actionable feedback to improve the core deployment platform and product suite.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of professional experience with Python.
• Proven experience designing and running offline and online LLM evaluations.
• Proficiency in working with relational databases, APIs, and ETL pipelines.
• Strong communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with FastAPI, SQLAlchemy, and Postgres.
• Proficiency in Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS.
• Familiarity with healthcare data standards like FHIR, HL7, or EDI.
• Experience with CI/CD workflows using GitHub Actions.
• Frontend development experience with React.
