Full Stack Engineer - AI Systems

Location: Remote from China; interviews may be conducted virtually or onsite.

What you will do

• Build end-to-end product features across frontend, backend, and AI integrations.
• Design and deploy agent workflows for planning, tool use, failure recovery, and multi-step task completion across tools and sessions.
• Integrate LLMs, memory, and external tools into scalable, reliable product systems.
• Build real-time AI interactions with streaming, partial results, and low latency.
• Improve reliability, observability, fallback mechanisms, and workflow success through evaluation and monitoring.
• Collaborate with ML, backend, and product teams to ship and iterate on production features.

Requirements

• Strong full stack engineering experience across frontend and backend.
• Solid understanding of system design and API architecture.
• Experience with LLMs, RAG systems, or AI-powered applications.
• Ability to make pragmatic engineering decisions in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
• Strong ownership and ability to take features from idea through production.
• Experience or familiarity with Next.js, Python, Node.js, PyTorch, SQL and NoSQL databases, Kubernetes, and Docker.
