Salary: $170,000–$200,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Own all phases of AI Decisioning use case delivery for large customer-facing brands.
• Run design sessions with customers to document requirements and improvements.
• Champion delivery and project management excellence through process playbooks.
• Identify, escalate, and mitigate potential project risks.
• Build strong relationships with key customer stakeholders.
• Contribute to the overarching AI Decisioning product strategy.

Requirements

• US work authorization (required for E-Verify and Form I-9 verification).
• Ability to travel 10–25%.
• Experience working with Martech tools, CEMs, or CDPs.
• Strong discovery, interpersonal, and persuasive communication skills.
• Experience managing technical projects with a customer-first approach.
