Manager, Applied AI Strategy and Operations (AI)

Location: US-Washington-Remote; salary ranges are also published for New York and California.

Annual base salary: $144,000–$162,000, depending on primary work location, skills, experience, and qualifications.

What you will do

• Establish and manage global governance and operating rhythms for the Applied AI organization across AMER, EMEA, and APAC.
• Lead monthly business reviews, including metric collection, CRM ingestion, quantitative analysis, and executive synthesis.
• Track and optimize the AI adoption funnel from discovery and solution design through pilots, production, and scale.
• Build account-prioritization and use-case frameworks for identifying high-ROI Private AI workloads across strategic enterprise accounts.
• Define standardized performance metrics for subscription and consumption-based Private AI adoption, including customer workshops, hands-on labs, and production deployments.
• Support ecosystem strategy, solution productization, business planning, investment decisions, headcount planning, and resource allocation.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in sales strategy, revenue operations, business operations, or management consulting.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, quantitative, financial modeling, and data manipulation skills.
• Experience supporting technical sales, pre-sales, post-sales delivery, Forward Deployed Engineering, Solution Architecture, or Applied AI teams.
• Familiarity with enterprise data management, hybrid cloud, data lakehouses such as Apache Iceberg, and AI/ML ecosystems.
• Experience with CRM and GTM systems such as Salesforce and Clari, business intelligence tools such as Tableau or Power BI, and SQL.

• Experience with cloud subscription, consumption-based, or product-led growth business models.
• Experience supporting organizations through rapid revenue growth and global expansion across AMER, EMEA, and APAC.
• Experience with AI infrastructure and ecosystem partners, including NVIDIA Blueprints and VAST.
