What you will do

• Strengthen customer relationships to increase satisfaction, trust, and long-term retention.
• Expand share of wallet and deliver year-over-year growth through targeted commercial strategies.
• Improve profitability by leading contracts, pricing, and overdue management activities.
• Reduce churn by identifying risks early and executing retention plans.
• Maintain a high-quality CRM pipeline and deliver accurate forecasts for business planning.
• Partner with Business Development Managers to accelerate new business and pipeline expansion.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of account management experience, ideally within the Personal and Home Care industries.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing multiple customer touchpoints.
• Must be based in the USA
