Salary: $114,700 - $140,000

What you will do

• Develop and manage sales of ingredient products to achieve budget targets in volume, price, and profitability.
• Create and implement strategic customer action plans and analyze sales results to optimize growth.
• Capture and communicate market data, pricing strategies, and product demand back to the business.
• Manage sales pipelines via CRM and deliver commercial presentations to enhance brand knowledge.
• Prospect for new customers and promote innovation through deep analysis of trends and competitive landscapes.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to align sales efforts with innovation and marketing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Dairy Science, Food Science, Food Technology, or a related discipline.
• 5-8 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management.
• Experience within the food ingredient industry.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Ability to travel 50% or more, primarily domestic travel.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
