What you will do

• Partner with product, design, engineering, and data science teams to move features from idea to launch.
• Contribute to product discovery by engaging with researchers and R&D users to understand their workflows.
• Shape product requirements and priorities based on market insights and measurable outcomes.
• Collaborate with senior product managers across multiple workstreams to drive platform maturity.
• Track and analyze product performance post-launch to inform future iterations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience in B2B or enterprise software, ideally within data, AI/ML, or platform products.
• Experience working in or alongside pharmaceutical or life-sciences R&D organizations.
• Strong understanding of technical concepts including data, APIs, and AI/LLM-driven workflows.
• Proven ability to turn customer insights into clear requirements and measurable outcomes.
• Experience contributing to a product that scaled to $50M+ in revenue.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree (PhD or MS) in a life-sciences field.
• Familiarity with scientific informatics tooling (ELN/LIMS), knowledge graphs, or evidence-synthesis workflows.
