What you will do

• Own the product roadmap for a vertical solution from discovery through delivery and iteration.
• Run customer discovery: lead interviews, validate problem-solution fit, and translate insights into product strategy and backlog.
• Define and prioritize requirements, write specs, and make roadmap tradeoffs focused on impact.
• Prototype hands-on using AI-based development tools and scripting (Python) to turn concepts into working solutions faster.
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineers (CAD/CAE/ML) to move prototypes to production-ready workflows.
• Track adoption and value delivery across customer projects and feed learnings back into the global product roadmap.

Requirements

• Proven product management experience owning a product or product area end to end (discovery → launch → iteration), ideally in enterprise/technical B2B.
• Hands-on comfort with AI-based development tools for coding/prototyping and scripting (Python) to build and test ideas.
• Experience or exposure to engineering domains such as consumer electronics, automotive, turbomachinery, aerospace, or semiconductor manufacturing.
• Familiarity with CAD/CAE/PLM workflows and tools (e.g., SolidWorks, NX, ANSYS Mechanical, Abaqus, Teamcenter).
• Exposure to end-to-end engineering design processes: requirements, concept, modeling and simulation, validation, and release.
• Strong discovery and communication skills to synthesize customer input and align technical and business stakeholders.
