Salary: €110,500 – €184,000 (based on NLD Amsterdam range)

What you will do

• Define the product strategy, vision, and roadmap for agentic retrieval and orchestration in LeapSpace.
• Lead the staged migration of AI engine capabilities from prototype to production, setting interim targets and release increments.
• Manage cross-team dependencies and sequence delivery across engineering, data science, and UI teams.
• Translate validated prototypes into engineering-ready specifications with clear acceptance criteria and technical approaches.
• Act as a shared service lead, consolidating requirements from multiple product squads into platform capabilities.
• Expand LeapSpace's surface area by identifying and integrating new tools, skills, and partner capabilities.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience building and shipping complex AI or data-intensive products.
• Deep expertise in generative AI, specifically retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and agentic workflows.
• Proven track record of independently driving product strategy across multiple engineering organizations.
• Ability to build proofs of concept and validate ideas through rapid prototyping and AI coding tools.
• Strong technical fluency and architectural judgment to reason about system boundaries and trade-offs.
• Must be based in the UK (Hybrid).
