What you will do
- Define and own the product strategy and roadmap across customer service domains.
- Govern the centralised product backlog, balancing customer experience, operational efficiency, and commercial value.
- Drive a digital-first service approach by championing conversational AI and automation.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration across Product, Technology, Operations, and Commercial teams.
- Define product management standards, ways of working, and prioritisation frameworks.
- Deliver measurable outcomes including cost-to-serve reduction and improved customer effort scores.
Requirements
- Must be based in or able to commute to Manchester or Glasgow (3 days per week in office).
- Demonstrable experience applying conversational AI and automation in service or sales environments.
- Strong understanding of product and service strategy with experience managing complex roadmaps.
- Ability to operate at both strategic and operational levels.
- Proven track record of influencing stakeholders without formal authority.
