Salary: $114,480 - $138,070

What you will do

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including Backlog Refinement, Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Demos, and Retrospectives.
• Coach and influence teams to adopt Agile principles and behaviors that improve delivery outcomes and organizational consistency.
• Identify, surface, and actively remove impediments impacting flow and the team's ability to deliver value.
• Maintain clear visibility into team commitments, progress, blockers, and dependencies to support informed decision-making.
• Partner with Product Owners, Engineering Leaders, and Tech Leads to ensure work is well-defined, prioritized, and ready for execution.
• Utilize metrics and delivery insights to identify trends and drive predictability without adding unnecessary process overhead.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of demonstrated experience serving as a Scrum Master in a cross-functional Agile delivery environment.
• Hands-on experience supporting technology teams is required (certification only is not sufficient).
• Strong working knowledge of Agile and Scrum principles, practices, and team-level execution.
• Proven ability to build effective partnerships across engineering, product, and business stakeholders.
• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Must be based in the USA to be eligible for US-specific benefits and payroll.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting data-focused teams or Enterprise Data Management environments.
• Background in financial services, retirement, wealth, insurance, or healthcare.
• Agile certification, such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM).
• Experience supporting multiple Agile teams simultaneously.
