People Project Manager (Fintech)

What you will do

• Own projects from problem definition to final recommendation, tackling hard and ambiguous questions.
• Develop and implement project plans and optimize workflows to ensure stakeholder engagement.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and proactively implement mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with legal, finance, and engineering to improve processes and controls.
• Establish and maintain project governance and ensure compliance with standards and best practices.
• Prepare and present high-level materials for senior leadership and internal/external stakeholders.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in project management, business operations, strategy, or consulting.
• At least 2 years of experience operating within an HR team.
• Proven track record of navigating complexity and driving results in fast-paced environments.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Asana, Jira, and Airtable.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with change management frameworks (e.g., Prosci ADKAR Model).
• Experience building and deploying enablement and training materials.
• Experience across HR systems such as HCM, ATS, LMS, or CRM.
• Experience working with AI tools to increase productivity.
• Advanced Mac OS and Google Suite skills.
