Senior Project Manager - Enterprise Applications (Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP)

Location: Remote, New York, United States of America

Salary: $150,000–$190,000 USD per year, plus incentive pay.

What you will do

• Lead Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementation and transformation projects from planning through go-live and stabilization.
• Manage data migration, system integrations, testing, cutover planning, risk management, and change management.
• Partner with business stakeholders, subject matter experts, IT teams, and system integrators to deliver project outcomes.
• Facilitate Agile release planning, sprint planning, backlog management, and project governance.
• Drive issue resolution, decision-making, risk mitigation, and executive-level project communication.
• Support global standardization and apply AI and automation to improve delivery and business processes.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience managing enterprise application implementation projects.
• 5+ years of experience implementing and supporting Oracle Fusion applications.
• Strong experience with integrations, data migration, and release management.
• Expertise in SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Role is listed as remote in New York, United States of America; US-only compensation terms apply.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Generative AI, Agentic AI, RPA, and their application in Oracle environments.
• Experience with Kaizen processes.
• PMP or SAFe Agile certification.
