Senior Project Manager - Enterprise Applications (Oracle Fusion)

What you will do

• Lead large-scale Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementation and transformation projects from planning through stabilization.
• Manage critical workstreams including data migration, system integrations, testing, and risk management.
• Partner with business stakeholders, SMEs, and system integrators to drive project execution.
• Facilitate Agile planning activities including release planning, sprint planning, and backlog management.
• Coordinate the execution of System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and deployment.
• Leverage AI and automation technologies to improve delivery execution and business processes.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience managing enterprise application implementation projects (Oracle, Salesforce, etc.).
• 5+ years of experience implementing and supporting Oracle Fusion applications.
• Strong expertise in SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Proven experience with integrations, data migration, and release management.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of Generative AI, Agentic AI, or RPA applied in Oracle environments.
• Experience with the Kaizen process.
• PMP or SAFe agile certification.
