Salary: $90,000 - $115,000 USD (OTE)

What you will do

• Own hirify.global X activation and growth for existing customer accounts through tailored activation plans.
• Serve as the primary contact for inbound applications to drive customer ramping.
• Educate customers on the platform to increase spend and card issuance from first swipe to sustained usage.
• Partner with Sales and Account Management to expand adoption across business units.
• Analyze growth data to identify and remove friction in the customer journey.
• Provide customer feedback to the product team to shape future product development.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, account management, or customer success.
• Experience in a fintech or payments-adjacent role.
• Consultative approach to educating customers and building conviction.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally with sales and product teams.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and performance dashboards.
• Metrics-driven mindset with a focus on owning growth targets.
