Salary: $175,000–$215,000

What you will do

• Define and execute the GTM reporting and dashboard strategy across attainment, pipeline, conversion, and productivity.
• Establish and govern a GTM data dictionary and canonical metric definitions to ensure consistency across FP&A and Board reporting.
• Convert complex GTM data into prioritized insights and actionable recommendations for Field Leaders.
• Partner with the Board-reporting team to align definitions and provide the narrative behind the numbers.
• Prepare historical and trend analytics to support annual and in-year target setting and scenario planning.
• Build self-serve analytics capabilities and tooling to reduce the manual ad hoc reporting load.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in GTM/Revenue Analytics, BI, or Revenue Operations within high-growth B2B SaaS.
• Expert proficiency in SQL and BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Sigma, with strong data modeling skills.
• Advanced experience with Salesforce reporting and forecasting platforms like Clari.
• Proven track record of owning reporting strategies and maintaining data dictionaries.
• Must be based in San Francisco, CA and able to work onsite 5 days per week.
• Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
