What you will do

• Develop and execute regional sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
• Mentor and coach a diverse team of Account Executives and sales professionals.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation and closing.
• Analyze market trends and customer insights to refine forecasting and territory planning.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Solutions Engineering, and Customer Success.
• Foster a high-performance, inclusive culture focused on transparency and accountability.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Extensive sales management experience in high-growth SaaS or developer tools.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding multimillion-dollar quota targets at the director level.
• Experience with enterprise sales cycles and complex stakeholder negotiations.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and territory planning capabilities.
