What you will do

• Install, service, and maintain X-ray imaging, laser printers, and radio fluoroscopy equipment at customer sites.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hospital staff and imaging center personnel.
• Diagnose and resolve complex electronic, mechanical, and network-related equipment issues.
• Manage administrative duties including service work orders, expense reports, and preventative maintenance documentation.
• Provide remote technical support and diagnostics to customers and field partners when required.
• Adhere to state and federal regulatory requirements and safety standards.

Requirements

• Must be based in South Carolina and able to travel within the territory.
• Associate Degree in electronics or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 4+ years of experience in the electronics industry, preferably in a field service environment.
• Strong knowledge of computers, networking, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics and site drawings.
• Valid driver’s license and a driving record compliant with company fleet policy.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (BSEE/BSEET/BSME/BSMET).
• Prior experience in diagnostic imaging.
• Specific knowledge of Carestream equipment.
