What you will do

• Plan and support tool installations, facility renovations, equipment upgrades, and infrastructure projects.
• Review technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to facilitate project planning and troubleshooting.
• Coordinate daily activities with facilities technicians and provide necessary technical support.
• Manage relationships and workflows with contractors, vendors, and internal customers.
• Prepare project budgets, schedules, RFPs/RFQs, and construction documentation.
• Ensure all work complies with building codes, safety requirements, and environmental standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, industrial engineering, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in facilities engineering, project management, or construction.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and life safety systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints and specifications.
• Must be able to work on-site at the Fremont, CA facility.
