What you will do

• Manage tool demo, conversion, and installation from design through construction to SL2SO.
• Mentor and direct a team of engineers and technicians in a matrix environment.
• Interface with Foundry customers, suppliers, and contractors to resolve issues and meet scope.
• Lead task forces, AARs, and Lean initiatives for continuous process improvement.
• Drive a Safety Culture of Caring across construction sites and offices.
• Partner with engineering modules to ensure alignment with hirify.global priorities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related technical field.
• 3+ years of project or program management experience in large-scale construction or factory tool install.
• Must have legal authorization to work in the US (no immigration sponsorship provided).

Nice to have

• Experience with hirify.global IQ systems (e.g., EMS, AIO, SIRFIS, 6D, Fuzion, QUEST).
• Experience in 3rd party supplier management and daily operations coordination.
• Professional Project Manager (PMP), Lean, or 6-Sigma certification.
