What you will do

  • Own accounting for people-related costs including salaries, bonuses, share-based compensation, and severance.
  • Review transactions prepared by partner teams and ensure accurate journal entries and accruals.
  • Lead cross-team accounting programs such as close management, intercompany oversight, and consolidation.
  • Drive automation and process improvements to reduce manual effort and enhance scalability.
  • Represent accounting in strategic projects like M&A integrations and new entity formations.
  • Develop financial metrics to provide insights into close processes and support standardization.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States
  • 4–6 years of progressive accounting experience in a large public company environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA strongly preferred.
  • Strong foundation in US GAAP with experience in payroll and equity compensation.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects and implement scalable solutions.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with large ERP systems like Workday.
