What you will do

• Own the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes under US GAAP.
• Perform account reconciliations, journal entries, accruals, and balance sheet reviews.
• Manage payments, payment reconciliations, and contract deliverables.
• Support financial reporting, external audits, and the maintenance of internal controls.
• Drive process improvements and system enhancements across ERP and automation tooling.
• Collaborate on strategic projects including new monetization models, international expansion, and M&A support.

Requirements

• Active CPA license (required).
• 2–6 years of progressive accounting experience at technology or high-growth internet companies.
• Experience working with both early-stage startups and public companies.
• Strong breadth of GAAP expertise and ability to communicate concepts to non-finance stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Must be able to work on-site in New York.

Nice to have

• 2+ years of Big 4 experience.
• Experience with high transaction volumes.
• Proficiency in SQL.
• Familiarity with crypto, Ramp, Brex, and modern ERP automation tooling.
