What you will do

• Lead solutions for brands and agencies accessing the sponsorship marketplace.
• Implement scalable systems for campaign trafficking, QA, launch, and delivery monitoring.
• Develop operational processes for order management, reporting, and billing handoffs.
• Manage and maintain third-party integrations, including tracking and verification vendors.
• Create an AI-first outbound engine to drive demand and onboarding into the system.
• Collaborate with design and engineering to determine requirements for internal tooling.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in ad operations, solutions engineering, or technical account management.
• Hands-on expertise in campaign trafficking and tag management.
• Strong data proficiency with advanced spreadsheet skills; SQL and scripting are highly advantageous.
• Experience providing technical scoping and feasibility answers during sales calls.
• Ability to debug tracking discrepancies and specify internal tool requirements for engineers.
• Must be based in New York (Hybrid)

Nice to have

• Familiarity with how creator sponsorships are sold, delivered, and measured.
• Experience with APIs, workflow automation, Python, or JavaScript.
