Salary: $260,000 - $350,000

What you will do

• Design, maintain, and optimize data streaming and messaging architecture for a growing platform.
• Manage and enhance real-time data streaming platforms for robust data ingestion and processing.
• Take end-to-end ownership of supply line visibility data integration across third-party and in-house platforms.
• Lead the architecture and delivery of large-scale integrations with enterprise supply chain execution systems.
• Mentor engineering teams and shape the strategic technical direction of the Data Platform.
• Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to foster innovative data practices.

Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in Python at a Staff level.
• Proven track record of solving real-time data challenges at large-scale enterprises.
• Experience in technical leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
• Must be based in San Francisco, CA to support the hybrid work model.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Experience with big data infrastructure such as Databricks, Kafka, and Spark.
• Interest or demonstrated experience in the freight and logistics industry.
