What you will do

• Manage full-cycle recruitment from initial intake through offer for Product, Design, Commercial, Marketing, and Engineering roles.
• Partner with hiring managers and senior leaders to understand needs and develop tailored recruitment plans.
• Act as a subject matter expert on market trends and talent availability to inform hiring decisions.
• Design structured, role-specific interview plans and scorecards to ensure equitable and consistent evaluation.
• Build and maintain proactive candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Collaborate with global TA teammates across various time zones to maintain a flexible and trust-based team culture.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including in-house or client-embedded roles in global environments.
• Proficiency with Ashby ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Strong understanding of sourcing strategies and equitable, structured hiring processes.
• Ability to manage workload independently and adapt to shifting priorities.
• Effective communication skills for collaborating with distributed teams and candidates.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Cambridge, MA office 3 days per week.
