What you will do

• Serve as a trusted talent advisor to Local Office leadership regarding business strategies and talent needs.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment for Service, Ambassador, and Concierge Experts for physical office locations.
• Manage complex offer processes in collaboration with Real Estate and Compensation partners.
• Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to attract high-quality external talent and manage internal funnels.
• Create best-in-class candidate experiences that highlight the value of physical office environments and community impact.
• Use data insights to diagnose hiring bottlenecks and provide progress updates to TA leadership.

Requirements

• 6-8+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment in high-volume or fast-paced environments.
• Proven ability to partner with and influence hiring managers on market trends and compensation strategy.
• Demonstrated success in negotiating and closing candidates in competitive markets.
• Experience in shaping talent strategy and building hiring infrastructure from scratch.
• Track record of influencing senior stakeholders across functions like Real Estate, Legal, and Finance.
• Must be authorized to work in the USA and capable of working from designated office locations.
