Compensation: $85,000–$95,000 OTE

What you will do
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for diverse roles across the organization.
- Handle 10-12 active requisitions simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and develop effective interview plans.
- Source and engage passive candidates to build strong talent pipelines.
- Maintain and promote the employer brand across various recruiting channels.
- Implement and optimize recruiting tools, including AI-powered solutions, to improve efficiency.
Requirements
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Must be based in the United States.
- Proven experience hiring across corporate functions like Sales, Engineering, and Marketing.
- Strong proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting data.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills for offer management.
- Curiosity and enthusiasm for adopting new recruiting technologies and AI tools.
