Compensation: $85,000–$95,000 OTE

What you will do

  • Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for diverse roles across the organization.
  • Handle 10-12 active requisitions simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and develop effective interview plans.
  • Source and engage passive candidates to build strong talent pipelines.
  • Maintain and promote the employer brand across various recruiting channels.
  • Implement and optimize recruiting tools, including AI-powered solutions, to improve efficiency.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Proven experience hiring across corporate functions like Sales, Engineering, and Marketing.
  • Strong proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting data.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills for offer management.
  • Curiosity and enthusiasm for adopting new recruiting technologies and AI tools.
