• Identify and engage top-tier active and passive talent through sophisticated sourcing strategies.
• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, from initial resume screening to final offer negotiation.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to define requirements and drive efficient hiring workflows.
• Nurture long-term relationships with high-quality prospects to build consistent talent pipelines.
• Collaborate with the recruiting team to innovate on hiring practices and improve candidate conversion.

Requirements

• 5+ years of in-house recruiting or sourcing experience.
• Proven track record in a high-growth, early-stage startup environment.
• Expertise in targeting, approaching, and closing passive candidates.
• Strong proficiency with ATS systems, specifically Greenhouse.
• Must be located in San Francisco, CA, and able to work onsite 4 days per week.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
