What you will do

• Act as a strategic talent partner for hiring managers in Compliance, Finance, Biz Ops, and Consumer Ops.
• Drive the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for specialized business and regulatory roles across US and LatAm.
• Audit and streamline hiring workflows to eliminate friction and scale best-in-class recruitment practices.
• Coach interview panels on unbiased evaluation and structural interviewing techniques.
• Manage the ATS (Gem) as the source of truth, using data to optimize conversion funnels and report market insights.
• Proactively build passive pipelines to anticipate and solve future organizational talent gaps.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in hyper-growth startups, fintech, or consultancy.
• Proven track record of sourcing and closing talent in both United States and Latin American markets.
• Exceptional professional fluency in English and Spanish is mandatory.
• Ability to collaborate without ego and manage complex offer negotiations.
• Hands-on proficiency with modern recruiting tech stacks (experience with Gem is a plus).
