What you will do

• Lead daily IT operations, including oversight of the help desk, systems administration, and network security functions.
• Design and maintain secure, scalable, and resilient technology environments, including cloud services and virtualization.
• Execute technology modernization, cloud adoption, and digital transformation initiatives to support strategic growth.
• Direct disaster recovery and business continuity programs to ensure regulatory compliance and system resiliency.
• Establish and enforce IT governance, policies, and standards while mentoring the IT staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 7+ years of progressive technology experience, including management of infrastructure and cybersecurity.
• Technical expertise in Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Active Directory, and virtualization platforms.
• Experience with enterprise networking, storage solutions, and backup technologies.
• Strong knowledge of risk management and regulatory compliance requirements.

Nice to have

• Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert certification.
• CISSP certification.
• Professional experience within the banking or financial services industry.
