SVP Global Chief IT Architecture (Fintech)

Location: Hybrid in Arlington, TX, United States (3 days a week in office)

What you will do

• Establish and lead the enterprise technology architecture vision and roadmap, aligning it with business priorities.
• Establish architectural governance, standards, and decision frameworks to ensure compliance and consistency.
• Lead modernization of core applications using cloud-native, API-first, and event-driven strategies.
• Define and lead enterprise AI and intelligent automation architecture strategy to enable scalable platforms.
• Ensure secure-by-design architecture by embedding cybersecurity controls and managing operational risk.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a global architecture organization and build communities of practice.

Requirements

• 15+ years of progressive technology leadership experience.
• 10+ years leading enterprise architecture in large global organizations.
• Expertise across cloud, data, AI/ML platforms, and cybersecurity.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Experience in regulated industries such as financial services.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Arlington, TX.
