What you will do

• Act as a Technical and Trusted Advisor to the Account Management team and clients to identify business needs.
• Propose technical solutions using hirify.global products, specifically in Cloud, Cyber Security, and Disaster Recovery.
• Develop technical documentation, diagrams, client presentations, and Statements of Work (SOW).
• Respond to RFPs/RFIs and participate in client-focused seminars and technology roadmap reviews.
• Provide ongoing product and technology training to the internal Account Management team.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve product offerings based on client feedback.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• Prior experience as a Solutions Architect or in a client-facing technical role at a Managed Service Provider (MSP).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Azure, Office 365, and Cyber Security platforms.
• Knowledge of server/desktop virtualization, storage, and LAN/WAN networking.
• Strong ability to present complex technical topics to both technical and business audiences.
• Must be based in the United States

Nice to have

• Technical or Security Certifications such as CCNA, CISM, CISSP, MCSE, or VTSP.
• Previous experience in an IT Operations role.
