Salary: $126,490 - $171,134 per year

What you will do

• Design and integrate complex software systems and integration patterns across the enterprise.
• Lead the development of architecturally impactful components and define development frameworks.
• Partner with IT leadership to establish long-term technology strategy and platform roadmaps.
• Promote and expand CI/CD pipeline usage to improve deployment and build processes.
• Mentor and coach engineers of varying levels to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Act as an SME for operations and support processes to build resilient enterprise systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical experience.
• 10+ years of experience in engineering environments formulating software plans.
• Experience architecting solutions with performance, high availability, and security requirements.
• Proficiency in managing large-scale projects and technical documentation.
• Strong conceptual and critical thinking skills with the ability to present to high-level management.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in a related field.
• Prior experience in the Financial Services industry.
