Location: Remote (USA), Charleston, SC, or Northern VA with monthly travel to secure facilities. Requires US Citizenship and Active Secret Clearance
Salary: $142,375 - $192,625 USD

What you will do
- Establish technical roadmaps for Navy mission outcomes in collaboration with Tech Leads.
- Align Product Roadmaps to mission needs and provide feedback on feature dates to drive adoption.
- Facilitate feedback from delivery teams regarding OSS projects and productized services.
- Develop an aligned delivery roadmap based on product roadmaps.
- Balance priorities from users, customers, and stakeholders to deliver scalable mission value.
- Mentor and coach team members in alignment with company values and principles.
Requirements
- US Citizenship and Active SECRET clearance.
- Experience managing cross-functional engineering teams.
- Proficiency in DevSecOps, Continuous Delivery, and User-Centered Design.
- Ability to translate pain points into root cause problems and value delivery roadmaps.
- Technical depth to understand architectural decisions and communicate them to stakeholders.
- Experience and passion for software delivery within the tech industry or Department of Defense.
