Location: Hybrid: Must be based in the UK and able to work onsite at Chiswick Park, West London two days a week

What you will do

• Source and secure a differentiated jewellery product portfolio aligned with brand strategy and customer needs.
• Negotiate cost prices and trading terms with suppliers to ensure quality and value.
• Collaborate with Planning, Digital, and Merchandising teams to optimize inventory and category growth.
• Develop short- and long-term product strategies, including pricing and promotional plans.
• Oversee the critical path for key launches and campaigns to ensure accurate delivery.
• Analyze sales, margin, and vendor performance to drive data-informed buying decisions.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a Buyer or comparable commercial buying role.
• Strong expertise in the jewellery market and current trends.
• Commercial and analytical skills to manage KPIs including sales, margin, and inventory.
• Strong negotiation and supplier management capabilities.
• Experience with assortment development in a fast-paced omni-channel retail environment.
