Location: Remote. Must be in a location allowing meaningful daily overlap with both Chinese working hours and an 8am-12pm EST collaboration window (Eastern Europe, Turkey, and Middle East are preferred).

What you will do

• Design and own the end-to-end supply chain architecture from Chinese factories to US customers.
• Build, structure, and lead a remote China-based execution team covering sourcing, QC, and factory coordination.
• Establish demand planning and S&OP disciplines to balance stockout risk against inventory costs.
• Manage the OEM supplier portfolio, including commercial negotiations on pricing, MOQ, and payment terms.
• Optimize per-unit landed costs through competitive bidding and routing discipline across shipping partners.
• Implement a structured quality and returns loop to prevent recurring defects structurally.

Requirements

• Proven experience building and directing China-based execution teams remotely.
• Hands-on fluency with China suppliers, including price/MOQ negotiation and factory qualification.
• Track record of hiring, coaching, and developing other leaders.
• Location allowing daily overlap with Chinese working hours and 8am-12pm EST.
• Fluency in the commercial mechanics of China manufacturing and freight forwarding economics.
• Strong English communication skills for leadership and partner negotiations.
