What you will do

• Lead sourcing activities for indirect categories including software, professional services, and facilities.
• Own supplier negotiations and contract discussions to balance cost, risk, and service outcomes.
• Partner with stakeholders across EMEA to translate business requirements into effective sourcing strategies.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, contract governance, and financial controls.
• Manage the end-to-end procurement lifecycle from intake through supplier performance management.
• Identify and drive process improvements to support scalable global procurement practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of procurement or sourcing experience, with a preference for indirect procurement.
• In-depth knowledge of category management, risk assessment, and opportunity management.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work independently.
• Experience working across regions or global teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to manage and execute complex projects.
