Software Engineer (Implementations)

Location: Austin, TX (hybrid); hybrid roles are also based in New York City and Salt Lake City, with an expectation of two days per week in the office on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

What you will do

• Own the technical onboarding process for new customers and integrate them accurately into the platform.
• Understand customer needs and develop solutions with a strong customer-feedback loop.
• Improve onboarding practices and processes to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate multiple onboarding projects and ensure timely completion.
• Build solutions using Python/Flask, NextJS/React, and Tailwind CSS.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a backend software engineer.
• Python experience preferred.
• Ability to rapidly prototype and incorporate customer feedback.
• Ability to take ownership of major initiatives and solve problems independently.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across multiple teams.
• Willingness to learn and receive feedback.
