What you will do

• Lead complex Service Cloud development projects and customization initiatives.
• Architect and implement advanced Lightning components, Apex solutions, and custom applications.
• Build and maintain robust integrations with enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and ETL processes.
• Manage and mentor technical team members through coaching, performance reviews, and goal setting.
• Implement and optimize DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
• Research and evaluate new Salesforce features to drive platform evolution and technical debt reduction.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, with 3+ years focused on Service Cloud.
• Current Salesforce certifications including Platform Developer I and Service Cloud Consultant.
• Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and SOQL/SOSL.
• Experience with Salesforce integration patterns, APIs, and middleware technologies.
• Knowledge of DevOps tools including Git, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines.

Nice to have

• Advanced certifications such as Platform Developer II, Technical Architect, or System Architect.
• Experience with Salesforce MIAW, CTI, or other Service Cloud products.
• Knowledge of web technologies including JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and React.
• Experience with agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
