What you will do

• Design and develop custom Salesforce applications, including Apex classes, triggers, and batch processes.
• Build and maintain Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Visualforce pages.
• Implement complex workflow automation using Salesforce Flow and declarative tools.
• Design and support integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Manage Salesforce security models, including profiles, permission sets, and role hierarchies.
• Provide technical leadership, conduct stakeholder interviews, and ensure adherence to enterprise standards.

Requirements

• 10+ years of Salesforce platform design and development experience.
• Must hold Salesforce Administrator, Platform Developer, and Platform App Builder certifications.
• Extensive expertise in Apex programming, SOQL, and SOSL.
• Strong experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC), JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Proven experience in technical leadership or lead developer roles.
• Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Nice to have

• Experience serving as a Salesforce Technical Lead or Solution Architect.
• Experience with DevOps and Salesforce release management tools.
